These Terms apply only to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to use 196's services. Accessing the platform from any region where online gaming or betting is prohibited by law is strictly not allowed.
Account Creation, Security & Management
To create an account on 196, accurate and complete information must be provided. 196 reserves the right to terminate any account registered with false information. Each individual may hold only one account; creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts and balances being forfeited.
Verification of the phone number or email address provided at registration is mandatory. Certain features may be restricted until verification is complete.
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.

196 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice for any of the following reasons:
- Creating multiple accounts or operating an account on behalf of a third party
- Providing false or misleading information
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity against the platform
- Violation of any provision of the Terms & Conditions
- Suspicious activity in financial transactions
Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
The 196 platform may only be used for lawful entertainment and Sports Betting purposes. Users must ensure that accessing this service is legally permitted from their location.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:
- Placing bets or playing games using automated bots or software
- Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the platform's security systems
- Collecting other users' information or engaging in inappropriate conduct toward them
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Intentionally exploiting platform bugs or errors for personal gain
Users are fully responsible for all activity carried out on their accounts. 196 accepts no liability for any unlawful actions by users and reserves the right to share relevant information with the appropriate authorities.
Payment, Transaction & Financial Terms
All transactions on 196 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50.
Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals are typically completed within 1–3 business days. All withdrawals are made via the same method used for the original deposit.
Specific turnover requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in the bonus being forfeited.
Funds placed on bets or games are generally non-refundable. In certain circumstances (e.g., technical errors), 196 may, at its discretion, decide to issue a refund.
If a deposit appears suspicious, 196 may request additional information to verify the transaction. 196 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals until verification is complete.

196 shall not be held liable for any service disruptions caused by external factors beyond its control, including natural disasters, government orders, or cyberattacks.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 196 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of 196 or used under license. Copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially using any content without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
Attempting to analyze or reverse-engineer the platform's game engine or algorithms constitutes a violation of intellectual property law and may result in legal action.
Third Parties & Governing Law
Any third-party services or games integrated into the 196 platform are subject to their own terms and conditions. 196 is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of third-party services.
Payment gateways such as bKash and Nagad are independent services with their own terms and conditions. Their respective policies apply to all payment processing carried out through their platforms.
These Terms are governed by international digital commerce principles and applicable local laws. Any dispute will first be directed to the 196 support team for resolution.
If the matter cannot be resolved through support, both parties will follow a mutually agreed mediation process. In the event of a dispute, the English version of these Terms shall be considered the definitive version.
